Frequently Asked Questions

  • Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) is the closest airport, located about 15–20 minutes from town. We recommend booking flights early, as routes can be limited depending on the season.

  • We recommend staying in downtown Bozeman for easy access to restaurants, shops, and weekend activities. Additional accommodations will be noted on the Travel page.

  • Transportation will be provided and is required for all guests. Shuttle details and pick-up locations will be shared closer to the wedding weekend.

  • Cocktail / semi-formal attire requested. The celebration will take place outdoors on a working farm, so we recommend block heels or appropriate footwear for grass and uneven ground, as well as layers for cooler evening temperatures.

  • Montana weather can be unpredictable — even in summer. Expect warm days and cooler evenings. We recommend bringing layers, as temperatures can drop once the sun sets.

  • The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. We recommend dressing accordingly and bringing layers for the evening.
